No. If you have one, send an STL, 3MF, OBJ or STEP file (up to 20 MB - email us a download link if it's bigger). If you don't, a photo and a few measurements are a good start, and for a replacement part you can bring us the old one. Tell us what it's for and we'll say what's possible.

It depends on the material, how many grams the part uses and how long it prints. The quote is free, needs no account and tells you the exact price before anything starts - you only pay if you say yes. Starting prices per material are in the Materials section.

We answer quote requests on the same working day. Print time depends on the size and the number of pieces, and the quote states it. If a colour has to be restocked first, add 1 extra day. Courier delivery takes another 1 to 3 working days.

You pay nothing when you order. The full amount is paid in cash when you collect the order or when the courier hands it over, unless we agree otherwise. For large orders we may ask for a prepayment before printing starts.

Yes. Pickup in person is free, or we send it by courier anywhere in North Macedonia for €2.50 - free for orders over 1 kg. Packages usually arrive 1 to 3 working days after we hand them to the courier. We don't ship outside North Macedonia.

If you're not sure, leave it to us: tell us what the part has to survive (heat, sun, bending, outdoor use) and we'll recommend one. The colours listed under Materials are the ones on the shelf right now. If you want another one, ask - a colour we have to restock may take 1 extra day.

A 3D print has fine layer lines and may show small marks where supports were removed. That's the nature of the process, not a defect. Dimensions are typically within about +/- 0.3 mm of the model; if you need a tight fit, threads or a press-fit, say so in the quote and we'll plan for it. Prints aren't food-safe, medical or load-bearing products unless we agree so in writing.

Yes, short runs are part of what we do - the same part many times for a shop, an event or a product launch. The shop takes a limited number of pieces per order; for anything bigger, use the quote form so we can plan material and time.

Check your pieces at handover. If one is defective, broken or not what we confirmed, you don't pay for it and we reprint it at no cost. If a print matches your file but the design itself doesn't fit, a corrected version is a new order - which is why we're happy to look at the file with you before printing.

You can cancel free of charge at any time before printing starts - just tell us. Once printing has started, the order stands. Because every piece is printed to order there is no change-of-mind return; defective pieces are always reprinted, as above.

It stays yours. We use it only to quote and print your order, we never share it or print it for anyone else, and it is deleted automatically 30 days after the order is finished. We only show a print of your design on our site or Instagram if you say so.

Yes: weapons and weapon parts, counterfeits and branded items, designs that infringe someone else's rights, and anything illegal to make or own in North Macedonia. We'll also tell you honestly when a part won't print well enough for us to stand behind it.
