flp3d.com is run by Astennu LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company with its registered address at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Astennu LLC. flp3d prints and delivers in North Macedonia.

You do not need an account to use flp3d. We collect personal data only when you send us something:

• Quote requestsWhen you ask for a quote we collect your name, your email address or phone number, what you tell us about the part, the material and colour you chose, and the file or photo you attach.
• Shop ordersWhen you order from the shop we collect your name, your email address or phone number, the delivery address if you chose courier delivery, your notes, and the items, colours and quantities you ordered.
• Technical dataOur server records the IP address a quote or order was sent from, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time). We use these to stop spam and abuse, to limit how many requests one network can send, and to keep the site running.
• Cookies and local storageWe use essential cookies for your session, for security and for your language choice, and your browser's local storage for your shop cart and your cookie choice. Analytics cookies are set only if you agree to them. The details are in our Cookie Policy.
• MessagesIf you email us or write to us on Instagram, we keep the conversation so we can answer you and handle your order.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection, we rely on these legal bases:

• Performing a contractWe need your contact details, your order details and your file to quote, print, deliver and get paid for your order.
• Legitimate interestWe keep IP addresses and server logs to protect the site from spam, abuse and attacks. We have assessed that this does not override your rights and freedoms.
• ConsentAnalytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time from the cookie settings in the footer.
• Legal obligationWe may keep certain records where tax or accounting law requires it.

We use the data we collect to:

• Reply to your quote request and discuss the part with you
• Print, prepare and deliver your order, and confirm it by email or phone
• Give the courier what it needs to deliver to you
• Prevent spam, abuse and attacks on the site
• Understand, in aggregate and only with your consent, how the site is used
• Meet legal obligations and handle any dispute

We use only the cookies the site needs to work, plus analytics cookies if you accept them. Which ones, what they do and how to change your choice are described in our Cookie Policy.

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run flp3d, and only as much as each one needs:

• HostingThe site, its database and uploaded files are hosted on servers in the European Union.
• Email deliveryAn email service provider delivers the messages we send you and the notifications we receive about your quote or order. It handles your email address and the content of those messages for that purpose only.
• CourierIf you choose courier delivery, we give the courier your name, delivery address and phone number so the package can reach you.
• AnalyticsIf you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics (Google LLC) receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view and a device identifier, with your IP address anonymised. Google processes it under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data, and we do not share your files or your designs with anyone.

We may disclose data if the law, a court or a public authority requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Astennu LLC, our customers or the public.

Your data is stored on servers in the European Union. Astennu LLC is a US company, so some administrative access to data may happen from the United States. For any transfer outside the EU/EEA we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for certified providers, or on an adequacy decision.

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed:

• Files and photos you upload are deleted automatically 30 days after the order is completed or cancelled, or 30 days after a quote request that did not become an order.
• Quote and order records (name, contact details, address, notes, IP address) are deleted 2 years after the order is completed or cancelled.
• Server logs containing IP addresses are kept for up to 90 days.
• Session data expires 2 hours after your last visit.
• Records that tax or accounting law requires us to keep are kept for the period that law sets.

Under the GDPR and the Macedonian Law on Personal Data Protection you have the right to:

• Access: ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected
• Erasure: have your data deleted, unless we must keep it by law
• Restriction: have us restrict how we process your data in certain cases
• Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdraw consent: at any time, where processing is based on consent
• Complain: lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity first.

If you are in North Macedonia, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Republic of North Macedonia (dzlp.mk). If you are in the European Economic Area, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

flp3d is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS, uploaded files are stored outside the public web root, and access to the admin is limited to the people who print your order. Only the data an order needs is collected, and card details are never collected, because you pay at handover.

No system is completely secure. If you find a security problem, please tell us at [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

This Privacy Policy was written in English. The Macedonian version is provided for convenience. If the two differ, the English version prevails.
