Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for the site to work at all; others help the site operator understand how it is used. Local storage is a similar place in your browser where a site can keep a little data for itself.

flp3d.com uses cookies to keep your session, to protect forms against cross-site request forgery and to remember your language. Your shop cart and your cookie choice are kept in local storage. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them.

These are needed for the site to work and cannot be switched off:

• flp3d-session

Keeps your session, so that forms and the order confirmation work.

Expires 2 hours after your last visit.

• XSRF-TOKEN

Protects forms against cross-site request forgery by checking that a submission comes from flp3d.com.

  Expires with your session.

• locale

Remembers the language you chose with the language switch.

Kept until you clear your browser data (set for several years).

Local storage, not cookies, holds two things: flp3d-cart (the items in your shop cart) and flp3d-cookie-consent (your answer to the cookie banner). Both stay until you clear your browser data.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and how people reach the quote form and the shop. This helps us improve the site.

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Google LLC processes this data under its own privacy policy. We send page views with your IP address anonymised.

• _ga

Used by Google Analytics to tell visitors apart.

  Expires after 2 years.

• _ga_*

Used by Google Analytics to keep session state.

  Expires after 2 years.

flp3d.com embeds no social media widgets, no advertising and no payment forms, so apart from Google Analytics (with your consent) no third party sets cookies through our site.

When you first visit, the cookie banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. You can change your answer at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the essential cookies will stop the quote form and the shop from working.

We may update this policy when we add or remove cookies, or when the rules change. Changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

This Cookie Policy was written in English. The Macedonian version is provided for convenience. If the two differ, the English version prevails.
