Terms of Service

flp3d is run by Astennu LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every quote you request, every custom print you order from your own file or sketch, and every order you place in the flp3d shop at flp3d.com. By requesting a quote or sending an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not order.

These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Shipping & Returns. The Shipping & Returns page is part of the agreement between you and us.

flp3d is a 3D print studio in North Macedonia. We print one-offs and short runs in plastic (FDM printing) from a model file you send us, from a photo and measurements, or from our own designs in the shop. Every piece is printed to order.

The shop lists our own designs. Custom work starts with a quote: you send a file or a description, we reply with the material, the print time and the price, and nothing is printed until you say yes.

You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote or place an order. If you are younger, please ask a parent or legal guardian to order for you.

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote states the material, the colour, the estimated print time and the price for the pieces described in it. If the material or colour becomes unavailable before you confirm, or you change the file, the quantity or the size, we will send a new quote.

An order exists once we have confirmed it: for custom work, when you accept the quote and we confirm that we are starting; for shop orders, when we confirm your order number, the total and the expected time by email or phone. Until then nothing is binding on either side, and we may decline an order.

The shop accepts a limited number of pieces per order. Larger runs go through the quote form so we can plan material and time.

You keep every right to the files, sketches and designs you send us. We use them only to quote and print your order.

By sending a file you confirm that you own it or have permission to have it printed, and that printing it does not infringe anyone's copyright, design rights, trademarks or other rights. You are responsible for the content of what you ask us to print.

We do not share, sell or publish your files, and we do not print them for anyone else. Files are deleted after the order is finished, as described in our Privacy Policy. We only show a print of your design on our site or social media if you agree to it.

We decline some jobs. We will not print:

• Firearms, firearm parts or accessories, other weapons, and anything meant to hurt people
• Counterfeits, branded or trademarked items, and copies of products that someone else sells
• Designs that infringe someone else's copyright, design rights or other intellectual property
• Anything that is illegal to make, own or sell in North Macedonia
• Items we judge unsafe for their intended use, or that we cannot print well enough to stand behind

We may decline any quote or order without giving a reason, and we may cancel an order if we learn that it falls into one of these categories.

FDM printing builds a part layer by layer from melted plastic. A finished print carries the character of that process:

• Dimensions are typically within about +/- 0.3 mm of the model. Tighter fits, threads and press-fit parts need to be agreed in the quote.
• Visible layer lines, small marks where supports were removed, and slight differences in colour between spools or batches are normal and are not defects.
• Prints are not food-safe, medical, protective or load-bearing products unless we agree so in writing. Do not use them where a failure could hurt someone.
• Each material has its own strengths and limits (heat, sunlight, flexibility). Tell us what the part has to survive and we will recommend one.

Prices are set in Macedonian denars. The English version of the site shows euro amounts for convenience, converted at a fixed rate. The amount you pay is the denar price in your confirmed order.

You pay nothing when you order. The full amount is paid when you collect the order or when the courier hands it over, in cash unless we agree otherwise. The total you pay is the total we confirmed, plus the delivery fee if you chose delivery.

For large or unusual orders, or after an order that was not collected, we may ask for a prepayment before printing starts.

Pickup, courier delivery, lead times, cancellation, uncollected orders and what happens when a print is defective are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms. In short: you can cancel for free until printing starts, a piece that is defective at handover is not charged and is reprinted, and pieces printed to order cannot be returned because you changed your mind.

The flp3d site, its design, text, images and code, and the designs we sell in the shop belong to Astennu LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Buying a print of one of our shop designs gives you that physical object. It does not transfer the design itself or any right to copy, scan, reproduce or sell it.

We print what you ask for, as well as the process allows. We are not responsible for whether your design works for its purpose, for the fit of parts designed by you or by someone else, or for how you use a print.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost time or consequential damage.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of North Macedonia, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. The courts of North Macedonia have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

If something goes wrong, write to us first at [email protected]. Most problems are a reprint away, and we will try to resolve any complaint with you directly before either side takes it further.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "last updated" date, is the one that applies to new quotes and orders. An order that is already confirmed stays under the Terms that applied when it was confirmed.

These Terms were written in English. The Macedonian version is provided for convenience. If the two differ, the English version prevails and is the only legally binding one.
